With experience across farmland, equipment, auctions, appraisals, and rural real estate, we bring a practical understanding of the assets and communities we serve. Tim Meyer

Real Estate Broker:

Tim Meyer is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer. A graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business and a minor in Agronomy, Tim brings decades of experience in agriculture, finance, and real estate to his clients. Formerly serving as Vice President of a local bank, he has extensive knowledge of the lending industry and rural markets.

 

Alongside his wife Michelle, Tim owns and operates the family farm, raising corn, soybeans, hogs, cattle, and turkeys. Together they have raised three children active in 4-H, FFA, and the family farming operation. Helping people buy and sell real estate and equipment has been Tim’s passion for more than 30 years.

Braden Blake

Real Estate Salesperson:
Iowa

Associate Appraiser

Braden Blake is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Iowa as well as an Associate Appraiser. A graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Finance, Braden brings nearly a decade of experience in agricultural banking and appraising to his clients.

 

Braden and his wife, Ashley, enjoy spending time with family at the Lake of the Ozarks whenever they can. He values the strong relationships and sense of community that make southeast Iowa such a special place to call home. Braden is also actively involved with Wayland Economic Development, where he supports initiatives that encourage growth, investment, and opportunities within the community.

Trevor Frain

Real Estate Salesperson:
Iowa

Trevor Frain is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Iowa with a strong background in agriculture and equipment sales. Since 2018, Trevor has worked closely with farmers, landowners, and business owners, helping clients navigate equipment and real estate transactions with honesty, energy, and a relationship-first approach. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Studies and has always had a passion for agriculture and rural communities.

 

Trevor and his wife recently moved back to their hometown of Creston, Iowa, where she joined a private dental practice. Together they are raising their daughter and are proud to build both their family and careers in Southwest Iowa.

 

Trevor enjoys meeting new people and hearing the stories behind their farms, businesses, and operations. He values relationships built through the industry and takes pride in helping clients through important decisions with clear communication and a strong work ethic. Outside of work, Trevor enjoys being outside especially golfing and skiing. He also enjoys being involved in the community and volunteers as a high school assistant wrestling coach. Faith, family, integrity, and treating people the right way are values that guide both his personal life and professional career.
